After you place an order and payment is processed, we will send an order confirmation. This does not guarantee availability. We will confirm dispatch via a separate email. A binding contract is formed once your item is shipped.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders due to suspected fraud, pricing errors, stock unavailability, or delivery limitations & Issue a refund or credit if a product is unavailable.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST. We accept major credit cards and PayPal. Prices may change without notice, but confirmed orders will not be affected.

5. Payment Security

Your security is important to us. We use industry-standard encryption during payment processing and do not permanently store your payment details. In cases of suspected fraud, orders may be held for verification or cancelled.

6. Delivery

TDhomedecors delivers Australia-wide using trusted carriers. Delivery times and costs vary depending on size, weight, and location, and are displayed during checkout.

We do not offer international shipping or Click & Collect services.

Delivery notes:

If delivery requires redirection due to customer unavailability, additional fees may apply. PO Box addresses are not accepted for furniture items. Risk passes to you upon delivery commencement. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items once delivered.

7. Returns & Refund Policy

In line with the Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a refund or replacement if an item is faulty, not fit for purpose, or not as described. Change-of-mind returns are not accepted unless otherwise stated.

To lodge a return:

Notify us within 7 business days of delivery for transit damage. Provide reasonable evidence (photos and written explanation). Keep all packaging and products for possible inspection. If a product cannot be replaced due to stock issues, we will offer a refund or store credit.

8. Warranty

All products are covered under a standard supplier warranty for defects. To claim, contact us before returning any item. We may require supporting documentation (images, written notice). Damaged or faulty goods must be retained until resolution.

9. Limitation of Liability
