Damaged or Faulty Goods
If an item arrives damaged, is faulty, or is not as described, you are entitled to a remedy under Australian Consumer Law, which may include a repair, replacement, or refund. To be eligible for it notify us within 7 business days of receiving the item, providing clear photos of the damage or fault. Keep the item and original packaging for inspection or return. Do not attempt to repair or modify the product. Please contact us at tdhomedecors@gmail.com to lodge a claim.
Incorrect Item Received
If you receive the wrong item, contact us within 5 business days of delivery and provide your order number, photos showing the incorrect product and we will arrange for the return and provide a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
Return Process
If a return is approved, we will provide return instructions and a return address. All items must be returned in original condition with original packaging, including manuals and accessories. Return shipping costs for faulty/damaged/incorrect items are covered by TDHomedecors. For non-faulty returns (approved at our discretion), return postage is the customer’s responsibility.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email confirming approval. Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank.
Exclusions
We cannot accept returns or exchanges on Products damaged due to misuse, improper assembly, or modification. Clearance, sale, or custom-made items unless faulty. Items returned outside the return period or without prior approval.
